With the increase of cruising range and that of battery capacity, the charging time of electric vehicles is further prolonged, thus aggravating people’s charging anxiety. The convenience and long charging time are one of the important factors restricting the rapid development of electric vehicles. While liquid-cooling high-power charging and quick battery swap are two effective means to achieve rapid power supply at this stage. 液冷大功率充电技术是在现有充电产品基础上增加液冷散热技术，使充电电流从250A提升至750A，充电电缆尺寸也大幅缩小，在提升充电电流和功率的同时减轻产品重量，提升用户充电使用体验。

By adding the liquid-cooling technology to existing charging products, the charging current has been increased from 250A to 750A, and the cable size has been significantly reduced. Meanwhile, the product weight is also reduced, thus greatly improving the user experience.

液冷充电枪依据冷却液类型，分为水冷和油冷两种冷却模式，覆盖chaoji、GB/T、CCS1、CCS2。中航光电具备自主研发液冷源、液冷电缆能力，可提供全套大功率充电系统解决方案。

According to the type of coolant, the liquid-cooling vehicle connector developed by JONHON can be divided into two cooling modes: water cooling and oil cooling, covering chaoji, GB/T, CCS1 and CCS2 series. 液冷充电系统由液冷源、液冷电缆、液冷充电枪组成，系统中冷却液通过泵驱动，进入液冷电缆及充电枪中进行循环流动，同时带走充电中过程中产生的热量，然后返回至液冷源散热器中，最终热量通过散热器释放至周围的环境中，以实现小线径大功率的充电效果。液冷充电枪可以实现“新能源汽车充电5分钟，续航200Km”，有效地解决了新能源汽车的充电焦虑问题。

The liquid-cooling charging system consists of liquid-cooling equipment, liquid-cooling cable and liquid-cooling vehicle connector. The coolant in the system, driven by the pump, circulates in the liquid-cooling cable and the vehicle connector, taking away the heat, and then returns to the radiator of the liquid-cooling equipment. Finally, the heat is released to the surrounding environment through the radiator, so as to realize the high-power charging effect with small cable diameter. The liquid-cooling vehicle connector can realize "charging for 5 minutes and driving for 200 km", effectively realizing the fast charging of electric vehicles.

水冷油冷，任君挑选：从载流能力及安全性能考虑，更推荐使用油冷充电枪；短时通电可以考虑选择水冷充电枪。

Water cooling or oil cooling, whichever you choose: considering the current-carrying capacity and safety, it is more recommended to use the oil-cooling vehicle connector. The water-cooling vehicle connector can also be selected if only short-term power supply is considered.
